There's a core of a red devotion deck in here. Next to that is Gift of Immortality and Fanatic of Mogis/Dragon egg for more damage and tokens.Utvara Hellkite is very castable with Nykthos, rather uncastable without. It's nice that this deck does play 9 other dragons, which makes it likely that if you cast him, his ability will trigger right away. This is especially cool with Scourge of Valkas, which also has a separate trigger for the ability.
