really cool idea, i have a manabarb deck you should check it out but instead i used counterspells that make them pay more mana, with burn cards that are more damage than the mana they cost. makes it a race. i really like the way you put this together though. +1
Doesn't Power Surge deal its damage all at once "at the beginning of upkeep"? Just saying. Otherwise, very good concept.
