The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Mill decks aren't all about milling, you need some big defenders to keep you from getting killed while you slowly grind away at the opponent's deck. I'd personally get rid of the Drowner Initiate and the Mesmerist, they seem to be the weakest. I'd replace them with cards like Wall of Frost, Wall of Air, or Guard Gomazoa. Also, as in any blue deck, you need counters. Cancel and Counterspell are always nice for this, but there are also cards that can help you more specifically. For example, I've won with Dream Fracture. Some more mana would be nice, as the bigger mills tend to be a bit costly.

Thanks for the advice Id like to keep drowner initiate, because its nice to tack on a little more mill with every spell i play, though i think i may cut mesmerist. Counters can be helpful, but hopefully i would make them mill all the cards that would be worht countering, and as for mana, the 17 lands is decent, considering i only have 8 cards over 3 mana
personally id make it black and blue for awesome cards such as Glimpse the Unthinkable and stuff ermm ill leave the link to my mill deck here so you can have a look http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=211028 it might give ya a few ideas
The problem with black is that glimpse the unthinkable is close to 12 dollars when i last checked, and i want to buy this deck, and unfortuantly all the really nice BU mill cards, cost a good bit of money, and like i said, i dont have that money
