A deck designed to hack away at an opponent's library until there is nothing left.
Using spells such as Mind Sculpt and Tome Scour you can take away a portion of their library. Curse of the Bloody Tome takes away some every turn (can be very devastating if you have more than one on you). Using the combination of Jin-Gitaxias and Jace's Erasure you can draw seven cards every turn and have the opponent take that many off of their library. I would also like to add a consecrated sphinx to this deck but I don't have one. Vision Skeins along with Consecrated Sphinx would allow you to draw two cards of your own, but is would also let you draw four more for each opponent because of the sphinx's ability. With a couple of Jace's Erasures out this could really cause some damage. Equip the trepanation blades to some of the flying creatures (either Shriekgeist or one of the larger ones like Chancellor of the Spires) and mill them until they hit a land. This deck has a backup plan as well because of all of the flying creatures (for offense or defense) and can go with dealing plain damage as well. I switch Labortory Maniac between several decks, but when he is in this one I can deck myself and then instantly win the game. Be careful to only play him when you near the end of your deck because he would become an instant target. You can also clone him for extra security. Thought Lash can be used to take out your entire deck, so if you have out Laboratory Maniac you can instantly win.
