What do you feel could take Syncopates slot? I was thinking maybe a few Detention Sphere? Thought if I lose the Syncopates i would wanna lose the Snapcaster Mage as I feel though wouldn't be as effective. Though the Syncopates helped me deal with non-creature permanents that I didn't want hitting the field. Also how have you been finding Index? I'm finding so much love for it in the early turns to help put my miracles further down the pile until I get the mana fixed right especially for Entreat the Angels. Mid-game though I do find myself drawing a Index and sighing.

I would drop the Krenko count down and cut the arms dealers out for 2 hellriders. Also look at taking out the thunderous wraths and dropping the incinerate count down to 2 for 4 pillar of flame just helps so much in the current meta removes out those nasty turn 1 gravecrawlers. Also you might wanna up your land count I know most goblins are cheap but if you dont drop the arms dealers you have plenty of 3 drops and several 4 drops that you wanna hit on turn 4. Take a look at my standard goblin deck I've gone 4-0-0 at 3 FNMs in a row so far... http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=373737
Try to fit in Blood Artist and maybe 2 Killing Waves.
-4 Slumbering Dragon for +4 Viridian Emissary. Chump blocker and gets you an extra land also most people will generally let him swing through for a couple of turns as they dont want you to get that early land advantage.
Cheers for the tips all I took them all onboard and after play testing yesterday I made the following changes to the MB... -2 Dismember for +2 Tragic Slip, -1 Shimian Specter for +1 Liliana of the Veil. Changes to the SB... -1 Praetor's Grasp, -1 Liliana of the Veil for +2 Vile Rebirth. The changes came about after play testing against R/B zombies and Naya Aggro. The Vile Rebirth will come in from SB against frites and zombies to get rid of the messengers and elsh norn or other fatties. The -1 Liliana of the Veil from SB was moved into MB over Shimian Specter as I felt Liliana does more for me and every game I was siding out the Shimian Specter for her anyway. The Dismembers weren't doing too much for me except to kill off Huntmaster and Restoration Angels but I feel tragic slip would be better suited for this deck with the board wipers and help remove the turn 1 Mana dork or Delver.
I like the idea behind Conjurer's Closet but I think they are just too high end mana cost and are easily taken care of. what about replacing them with 2 birthing pods just to help you curve out and get those zealous conscripts out at the most vital point. Also if you are going to add the birthing pods look at replacing the lambholts with 2 hellriders.
During play testing it just helped get rid of those pesky zombies such as gravecrawlers or geralfs messengers. I also have 1 main board for strangleroots or any decks running token spells like lingering souls. I am play testing again tonight and will certainly try out another shimian over it though thanks for the tip! I'll check your deck out as well.
The early turns I will hopefully delaying with Duress and turn 2/3 ill either drop dismember, go for the throat or start the early ramp by dropping a sphere of the suns or pristine talisman for that turn 3 Mutilate. I have been play testing against Naya POD, R/B zombies and U/W delver and have stomped all of them except Naya POD that gives me trouble.
Thought about including Blood Artist? I'm running him in my vampire standard deck with Killing Wave just finishes games if you start to run out of steam slightly.
