+2 Knight of Meadowgrain (for 4 total)
-3 Amrou Scout
+4 Kinsbaile Border Guard (great vs WoG)
-2 Kithkin Harbinger (too slow, 'specially in topdeck mode)
Replace 4 Dark Banishings with 4 Terrors (1 less mana, but cannot target artifacts)
perhaps add

I am a huge fan of kithkin decks, and looking at this I am a little confused. It seems that you have some kithkins scattered here and there, and some mercenaries (and mercenary-specific spells) kicking around. I think your deck is missing some serious predictability, and needs to focus on one specific race/class. If this were my deck, I would propose:

-2 Strongarm thug
-1 Oroa, the Avenger
+3 Goldmeadow Stalward (for 4 total)
-3 Kinsbaile Skirmisher
-2 Cenns Heir
(Continued on next post)

I would personally go with more shriekmaws. They are extremely versatile with their evoke ability.

Seems your deck is already full on the edicts. You'll need to look elsewhere. If you're looking for some destruction cards that'll fill the graveyards up fast, you could look into smallpox.

Shriekmaws would play awesomely as you can use their evoke ability to get 2 more creatures into the graveyard (the shriekmaw, and the targeted creature). You might want to look into getting more than just 1.

You may want to look into the Mercadian Masques card "Natural Affinity" to turn your lands into some pretty mean mofos. Provided that you damage your opponent, Nature's Will will allow you to spend your mana during your 2nd main phase. Early harvest could do the same thing.

Any reason you have a Spineless Thug? I'm thinking you can find a replacement for that... that is, unless I'm missing some combo/effect that works well with it. If you're looking for a fun black "counterspell" you can look into Imp's Mischief.

Seems your Lim-Dul is working against your Mortivore, you're taking cards out of the graveyard, yet you're using them to boost your mortivore.

I think you're gonna need more lands. I'm gonna suggest the U/B Painland for starters (Underground River I believe).

If you want to make this deck type-2 legal, you can cut the cephalid looters, cabal interrogators, cry of contrition, and consult the necrosages. If you're concerned about a lack of creatures, you can replace them with blizzard specters.

If you're interested in more enchantments/artifacts, you can look into Gibbering Descent, The Rack, and Howling Mine.

Although this is for casual play, I would recommend at least getting rid of some of your vanilla cards (creatures with straight power and toughness - no special abilities). You might want to put in doubles/triples/quadruples (sp?) of cards, this will make your deck more predictable. Another way of making your deck more predictable is by slimming it down.
