The prices are taken as the market price of the lowest costed copy of the card. So, for example, [[Serra Angel]] has a market price of 0.06 at the moment from the Dominaria set and that is the lowest listing therefore that is the price for this format even though the same card has market price value 210 for the Beta version. Also thank you for the comment I haven't seen [[Grimdancer]] before I will look into it!

Hey thanks for the comments! I sort of just made this public to send to my friend and allow others to see it if they wish. This is another deck that is part of the Ice Coffee Format where the catch is the full deck (excluding basic lands) must total 2.00 $ USD where the prices are taken to be the market value of the card on tcgplayer. With that said [[Tragic Slip]] is a fantastic card which I find neat however at a price of 0.26 it's very difficult to add these in. [[Bloodflow Connoisseur]] is 0.16 so that actually might be worth trying to fit in over [[Bloodthrone vampire]] as you said as it's only a 5 cent increase.
I like the idea of using Investiagtion or food tokens as additional artifacts along with the Traveler's Amulet card which I didn't even know existed. Thanks for the input!
Servo Schematic is actually pretty good the issue though is it's over 3 times the cost as the cogworker's puzzleknot what would you recommend changing? There are some executioner's capsules in the deck I personally like the easy prey for the cycling flexability.
The 1-ofs are for utility and curve filling. The reason for the ones chosen is because of their abilities or their cost.
Yeah boy why not
I know right? I was very surprised as well.
f just means format
Ultra budget it the name of the game my friend it's the Ice Coffee Format where you can get any deck for the cost of a single McDonalds Ice Coffee
