Shrine of Burning Rage Has Karn on it, not Koth. Look at the art.

Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas is awesome in conjuction with Plague Myr, Ichor Myr, Necorpede and Inkmoth Nexus if you want to head down a more Artifact centered UB Infect. I agree that you should find a place for Blighted Agent.

PS, heres a link to my Blue/White control deck you might find useful, its not standard legal with the rotation of the Alara block, but its still a good starting point.
24 lands is too many for a 40 card deck, about 18-19 would be fine. Also, I know this is your first deck but there are really only a couple of decent cards in there, and they're all seemingly randomly thrown together (no offense), with little thought for synergy. Was this a deck built around cards you just happened to have or one you plan on building?
You do realise this is one of the oldest and most well known combos in mtg history right?
Only two Plague Stingers and Ichor rats? No Distortion strikes? No Creeping Tarpits? No Skithiryx? Livewire Lash is awesome if you have the buffs, Vampire's Bite etc. I'd take out Vector Asps and Necropedes to make some room. Inexorable Tide is far too expensive, you should really be in a position to win by turn 5 with an infect deck anyway.
Because most of them are artifacts, just more free things to sacrifice to Arcbound ravagers.
I wouldnt worry too much about Jace, he is a win condition in his own right but I normally end up using him just to draw extra cards. The win normally comes from Sphinx/ Collonade, espeecially due to the sphinx's shroud, which IMO makes it better than baneslayer, but many dissagree with me. With the mana ramp and the mana control you have over them I usually find you can hard cast Iona, at which point you've basically won the came if you weren't already in a position to do so.
