I would drop a Mountain for a Ruby, and try to find something else for another Mountain because they are not something you would want more than 1 in the deck, but I can see a 1-2 turn win... Have you thought about the Shock lands?

Why not have some control spells just so you can keep alive when you are going at a faster aggro... nothing major just like a suspend or control spells from 2010 (Negate/the new Remove Soul)
This is Cascade Swans... and since M10 is kicking 10 you will not be able to play this in standard.
I thought it was a deck to get tokens out and kill off opponents creatures while trying to get my big... Mask is just there to draw since it easily goes into an empty hand...
Did I forget to mention that this is block? Whoops...
How about exploding boarders so you can speed up... hey it only does 3 but you will get your lands for big spells and does something an opponent might fear... (If you do add it put 1 swamp and island for the sneak of damage...)
To be honest they did put something like this on the MtG decks page on Friday...
Wrath of God and Progenitus is dead (it is indirect if I am correct)
I know white is known to do with less than 20 lands but yours is not an example of that rule. You have a lot of spells that are bigger than a cost of 3 and the biggest reason that lands go below 20 is because most of its spells work with 1 or 2 mana... I would also have to say that you may want some white control spells due to the neusences of people using a control deck and countering or destroying your whole field when you got many tokens or creatures in their faces that they give up on what they have to defend against. If this is ment to be a Soldier deck you may want some more Lorwyn and Shadowmoor Kithkin because they are small and can build each other up with their abilities. I am not saying make 1 of creatures unless they are endgame but have some creatures to flood your opponent with sarcasic fear then defeat them.
a Net deck with 25 lands... slower than it is supposed to be...
If you are going to net deck make sure it is a bit more realistic for winning... I mean with the amount of lands you have and the ratios they are it is hard to say you can pull the right stuff... Path to Exile is good for both acceleration and defensive so I would would make it a 4 of with taking out some of your Vivid Lands because they will slow you down big time with 11 of them.
BTW I really love using Path to Exile but that is in my Domain deck because it can help that a bit better.
Looks a bit like one of the previous pro tours just a bit more price appropriate but I would say make Nettle Sentinel a 4of so you can attack with it then put another creature during main phase after battle and get a blocker out. You would probably want less mountains because you would want a forest in opening and not a hand full of mountains. Usually Elves are decks that just swarm 1/1//One Drop creatures in the beginning and a big creature in the end... Maybe even adding a few more token swarmers and a devourer. (It is always good to use the most of your sets.
Well the Arcane Sanctum I only have 1 copy of. When I get more of Hindering Lights and the newer control spells in Alara Reborn Spell Snips will be going out... I like Traumatic Visions for the basic landcycling but they would be the next to go out after Spell Snip. I am trying to get my hands on some more cards like some more Scepters and 1 more Scourglass. Esper will be another target quickly coming mainly for the case of sacing a Scourglass I can make sure more of my opponents stuff destorying when it is. (I did not mention this, but I am a still a student, so I am restricted in the amount of packs I am able to get and my nearest store is 40 miles away: so I need to get trading (only 4 other players in town) or get over there which is hard in either case...)
