you need a few more high drop cards. something like restoration angel, maybe some snapcaster mage, and then something like vendellion clique. obviously im going to assume you aren't gonna be buying the cliques, but the mages should be a thing. then you need something that will just hurt your opponent. maybe a few hero of bladehold? whats in the deck that needs to change:-you definitely need more mana. -rule of law should be eidolon of rhetoric, because aethervial.-archive trap is bad. replace with something else.- saw a deck similar to yours last night. ran thalia, guardian of thraben,and judge's familiar, along with other death and taxes stuff. look into d&t lists, and see if any creatures shine out at you.

if you don't already know about him, you should look at zur the enchanter. i run him as my commander and bruna within the deck. black gives you a few more nice enchantments, such as necropotence or phyrexian arena, and while it doesn't always guarentee you'll get her( unless you tutor her), you'll be assured about getting a huge portion of your enchantment power either on the field or in your graveyard waiting for her when she arrives. my deck list is on my page if you want to take a look see. and I don't discount her power. she's been my win con in more than one game, and she somehow takes less threat than zur does, but that maybe because zur takes everything for her to begin with :)
boros reckoner for the blasphemous act combo. you can deal all the damage to the dolls to it. if their out of your budget, spitemare.
Maybe it's just me, but it seems like you would rather have day of judgement than wrath of god, seeing as you you have knight of holy nimbus.
and i'd drop the hexbeast altogether for some oakstreet inkeeper. that way all you gotta worry about is boardwipes.
experiment one's have to go, or you have to add in a more diverse creature base. you literally have 6 chances to get +1/+1 counters on it in your main board. forced adaptation would be a good card to add, it's a simple enchantment that adds up to a lot. plus, it makes experiment one scary.
I am kind of insulted(at myself) I didn't know about this card. I've gone through the enchantment list at least twice for this deck.
needs more rats. literally. drop down to 24-22 mana, and throw in 6-8 more.
needs nova chasers.
