Its amazing what Merfolk and Intruder Alarm can do!!!! Infinite Mana, Infinite Creatures, Infinite Card Draw, Infinite Milling, Infinite Direct Damage all these are possible with this deck. Main Combo: Infinite Mana & Infinite Creatures Storybrook Schoolmaster + Paradise Mantle on Storyrook Master + Intruder Alarm How it works. With all three cards in play, a turn one possibly with Show and Tell. Tap the Schoolmaster to add one mana of any color to your mana pool. His own ability will activate and you will get a 1/1 blue Merfolk Wizard creature token. The entry of this creature into play will activate Intruder Alarm and you will be back at the beginning. Repeat for infinite creatures and infinite mana. You can substitute Paradise mantle with Ocular Halo for infinite card drawing or Hermetic Study or Psionic Gift for Infinite Damage. Replace Storybrook Schoolmaster with Drowner of Secrets for infinite milling or Judge of Currents for infinite life. The Merfolk seem to have infinite possibilities... 4 Enlgihtened Tutor and 4 Intuition to help find combo pieces Force of Will and Pact of Negation to help prevent disruption of combo

This is really cool. Do your combos get online in time to win? How does this match up against a more traditional Merfolk fish deck

This is group casual play. Tourney legacy is brutal, sideboard's would eat this alive. Yeah, it might win with a good hand first game, but Duress or Force of Will + Surgical Extraction is too good for a deck like this to handle. Make something like this for gourp casual and have fun.
Yeah, that makes sense. Is it legal in tribal wars?
Don't know alot about Tribal deck rules here's what I found at one site A player's deck must contain a minimum of sixty cards, and one-third of every deck must be of a single creature type. No sideboards are allowed in tribal formats. Tribal Wars is based on the Legacy format, so all cards on Magic Online, including promo cards, are legal. The following cards are banned in Tribal Wars Legacy games: Arboria Balance Channel Circle of Solace Demonic Consultation Demonic Tutor Engineered Plague As the deck is currently no it is not tribal legal it needs 20 or more Merfolk in the deck and the current deck only has 6.
Ok. Thanks for finding that. I really like this deck and if I find the cards I'm going to make it
