Leyline of Sanctity would fit this deck great! It works much better than True Believer.
You should try Spreading Seas : 1. Draws a card, 2. Turns a land into an Island for Cold-Eyed Selkie's Islandwalk and slows down Jund.
You should think about putting in Inkfathom Infiltrator.. It is a U/B rogue that is unblockable.
