I built a deck very similar to this a while back, well done. I like where your head's at.

I think precinct captain fills the role better. I agree with your comment but I just wondered what mono white would look like if it were a deck.
I would cut bushstrider, phantom general and presinct captain, and try to trim a bit more maybe eyes in the skies, growing ranks, the sub-theme for tokens doesn't seem as powerful as the focus of the deck. If you just made the deck to have fun and you don't really care to make it better, then good for you I can't seem to leave well enough alone myself.
I wasn't bad mouthing the deck I was just wondering why? I understand it was in the description it just seemed odd to me.
Why would you build this and not run Maze's end? not even one?
The combo with where ancients tread is neat, but really not worth having 3 of them in your deck, one of maybe.

I don't play legacy, but it seems pretty decent. I would cut ornate kanzashi and timeshifter, and put in another search, so you can get a hold of lantern of insight easier, something like artificer's intuition, or fabricate. Actually get rid of transmute artifact too, and put in the two temporal spring. And then, get rid of gaea's blessing and add another codex shreader.
I don't play legacy, so I don't know how competitive this deck would really be, but it seems like a fun deck to play.
or maybe another creature, etherium sculptor, scarecrone...
I feel like curiosity has no place in this deck...consider howling mine maybe, or index, or divination,
myr superion will cost 0 if heartless summoning is out.

going without defense seems risky, I'm curious as to how it runs. I really like the phantasmal image, allows you the potential of 8 hedron, and is your only defense potentially. Do you find you can win the race to 60 before they hit you for 20, a difficult proposition.
I see where people are coming from with the counter-ability, but realistically if you are lucky enough to pull the cards to drop emerkul on t1 you deserve the win, which is why an additional emerkul may be a nice addition. I agree with the earlier statement about mono red...grumble, grumble.
that would make like 26% creatures, bump your many percentage just a smidgen. I'll try it out and see how she rolls.
The only card that seems not to sit right for some reason is skymark roc. I can't seem to figure out what to replace it with yet, or even if it needs to be replaced...perhaps and island and another sktknight.
