I consider this a budget deck, I'm not sure why it has it valued at 216. I just bought all the cards off amazon for just over 60 bucks, and as you can see, if you shop around, you should be able to complete it for around 40 bucks. The only really expensive cards are the Abbey and the Sin Prodder. Brain and Taimyos are mid-range right now. For something that seems fairly competitive, I don't think 60 bucks is too high. Your mileage may vary, though.
So...something like this? The star is obviously Westvale Abbey. Drop your devil tokens as quickly as possible to sac them all and transform the Abbey. Burn from within and structural distortion are in there to stop the opponent from killing you with your own abbey. Sin prodder for card draw/way to gain delirium, tamiyos, scarecrow and insolent for card draw. And tormenting voice, obviously. Brain and harness to cast your devils as much as possible and as often as possible. More tokens=quicker transform of westvale and also more damage ticks when they die. Vessel for quicker mana. Thoughts? I think it's pretty straight-forward but gives you multiple ways to win. You can overwhelm with weeny tokens, chip away with damage tics when your tokens die, do instant burn damage with Burn and Fiery, and of course beatstick it up with Westvale.

Wondering if i should replace the 2 wild-field scarecrows with 2 explosive apparatus, instead? also wondering if i can/should work like 2 corrupted grafstones in there as well. maybe drop 2 tormenting voices to fit them in? or drop 2 vessels?

The rightmost number is if the cards are all in mint condition. The center number is the average cost so always go if that
