Yay! It sure is!
Full list online xD
Here's my opinion:1. No need for the Temple of Enlightenment. Prairie Stream is fetchable and mostly will enter untapped, and Irrigated Farmland is also fetchable, but can be cycled then gotten back with a titan.2. I prefer having more copies of Emeria, being the namesake card and helping make the lategame so hard to beat. They are especially important when you are running mainboard Supreme Verdict (which is not at all a bad thing). While on the subject of lands, I might try to find room for an extra two. 23 is the sweet spot for me.3. Right now your list is very much control. You have Mana Leaks, Negates, and Ojutai's Command mainboard- I would suggest cutting some of those, starting with the Negates. You also have Fiend Hunter, Oblivion Ring, Detention Sphere, Path to Exile, Blessed Alliance, and Supreme Verdict all mainboard. Considering the fact the Emeria is always playing value creatures, I would suggest keeping the paths and d-spheres (and maybe 1-2 verdicts) main, Blessed Alliances side, and cutting the rest if possible. Here are my other suggestions on what might want to go in:- Gideon of the Trials is extremely hard to deal with when you have Sun Titan out. 1-3 in the 75 should be considered.- Filigree Familiar is a great value creature- gains you life, and then draws a card. In my UW Emeria strategy, I usually would use all of my early game creatures as chump blockers, making the familiar great.- Reflector Mage is always a great card, especially in this deck.- Many underestimate it, but Reveillark is a personal favorite piece of tech. Its just another way to recur creatures while also deterring attacks. In addition, in the builds I played (which were mostly value-based, not control-based), Mortarpod is impossible to beat when you have a reveillark with an online Emeria.- Maybe consider Inquisitor Exarch instead of Lone Missionary...? I have always used the missionary, but both work. Depends on personal preference.- If you go on my value plan (with the Reveillark and Mortarpod and all that crap), Phantasmal Image is great! Just think of it like this:1. Play it copying Sun Titan (yes, a two mana Sun Titan). Start Generating Value.2. Equip to Mortarpod, but it's trigger will make you sacrifice it instead. This is what you want.3. Get it back with your original titan or a Reveillark, copying either one.4. Continue repeating all these shenanigans until you opponent regrets all their life decisions and concedes the match to go cry in their pillow. VALLLUUUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEE- Spell Queller is great value especially is a creature based deck. That is, if you still feel the need for counter support. As you may be able to tell, I have tested with UW Emeria way too much, and I love the build that I have described to you. As I am not currently playing it, UW Emeria is such a fun deck to play; please tell me how you feel about these edits and the deck in general!
i like it!
