I know its a tough sell but, i needed more one drop creature and as a turn one drop, it could be useful. It's a good build until turn 3 for the cancel.

Any one drop ideas?

I really like what you have going here, only ideas I will give to you is maybe add 1 more land and look into getting Delver of Secrets if you want 1 mana drops like to told Aliski. Delver is really reliable and really handy. Take a look at the following deck for ideas. And thank you for posting on my Burn at the Stake deck.

i'd tap that ;D
Drop Killing Wave add either
Mutilate or Cyclonic Rift
do you really need cremate? i'd replace it with more removal. the best way for control to work is just to have as much control as possible SUCH AS lots. and lots. AND LOTS of spot removal and board wipe. every other card should essentially be counters and draw power
Drop 2 increasing confusion. since its U/B control you should be able to pump out enough draw power in the game to get it as your win con. in its place add more spot removal like murder's perhaps?
ANyway to sum it up
Drop
-2 cremates
-2(or 1) Increasing confusion's
-2 Human Frailty
-3 cancel
-2 killing wave
-1 swamp
-1 Island
Add
+X Snapcaster Mage's They're practically mandatory for control decks.
+2 Mutilate
+3(or 4) Murder
+3 Dissipate
+3 Forbidden Alchemy
+2 Nephalia Drownyard
And finnally for your sideboard!
ADD
+2 Tribute to Hunger
+3 Graf Diggers Cage
+2 Sever the Bloodline
+2 Mutilate (yes including the ones that should be mainboard)
+3 Vampire Nighthawk
+3 Duress
check out my Standard Dragon Tribal deck... that somehow works effectivly o_o

I appreciate the ideas but, I am actually moving to a creature-less format. Snap caster will not help with Graf Diggers as well has increasing confusion. Mutilate is a good addition and i could probably do with out the cremates. Dissipates are in the random ass side board right now just because i only have 1 of them. The deck broke even on FNM due to aggro decks that by turn two were swinging in for 8. it creamed another mill deck though. Popped offed both emblems and my opponent already put two of my increasing confusions in the graveyard.

Keep the comments coming guys!
