I have Anafenza as my commander and I use Travel preparations and Solidarity of Heroes to add some more 1+ 1+ counters, Also Courser of Kruphix and Azusa lost but seeking I use to help with Mana. If i may ask why you want to avoid Corpsejack and Vigor?

I like this for a EDH. I would add Grave Betrayal works almost the same is Olivia . Also Master of Cruelties may be good in here as well
