Deck Description

Counters change the way the game is played. Control of these powers will breed victory.

MAIN DECK:
Forests / Trees of Tales and Islands / Seat of the Synods: ... Well duh.
Doubling Season and the Hollow Trees / Sand Silos will greatly increase your Mana supply, especially if you use it with a Doubling Cube after tapping them.
Clearwater Goblet: Keep a few counters on it, maybe 5 or 6.
Coat of Arms: It'll work great with your Coretappers to keep them from being destroyed, and when your Orochi Hatchery dumps tokens into play, then you'll have an army of snake tokens.
Darksteel Reactor: If you get bored, add some charge counters until you finish off your opponent.
Door of Destinies: Pick Snake. Add tokens as you feel like it.
Doubling Cube: Great for when you're squeezing your Mana pool.
Energy Chamber: Stack up your tokens quickly and efficiently.
Orochi Hatchery: Neglect to pay it's Mana cost (play it for nothing) and use your Coretappers, Energy Chambers, and Power Conduits to quickly bump up the number of counters you have on it. Then, when you're ready, use its ability and put twice as many counters into play for every Doubling Season you have.
Power Conduit: Instant token multiplication!
Riptide Replicator: Stack it with charge tokens, then unleash a beastly creature token. Pick Snake for the creature type to conjugate with Door of Destinies, get +1 / +1 for your Snake tokens thanks to Coat of Arms, and put twice as many for each Doubling Season.
Soul Foundry: Pick a Coretapper. If you get Mycosynth Golem out, you'll just have to tap Soul Foundry, and get an appropriate amount of Coretappers thanks to Doubling Season. Tap your Coretappers for charge counters.
Vedalken Orrery: Perfect for sniping. Keep an Ornithopter or Phyrexian Walker in your hand, and play it when your opponent least expects it. If you need to beef it up, tap an extra Power Conduit and watch the +1 / +1's stack. Return it to your hand for later with Master Transmuter.
Phyrexian Walker: Good to get out early on in the game.
Arcbound Reclaimer: You'll never have to part with a single one of your artifacts ever again!
Mycosynth Golem: Makes it easier to play artifacts, and eases the load on Soul Foundry.
Master Transmuter: Play an Ornithopter or Phrexian Walker, take it back, and play your favorite artifact (try Mycosynth Golem).
Coretapper: Build up your Charge Tokens.
Ornithopter: Good to get out early on in the game.
Doubling Season: The heart of the operation. Make sure you don't forget to double everything!

SIDEBOARD:
Coat of Arms: Supplementary. Add if you want.
Doubling Cube: Supplementary. Add if you want.
Riptide Replicator: Supplementary. Add if you want.
Soul Foundry: Supplementary. Add if you want.
Lightning Greaves: Use to protect the Coretappers if you want.
Arcbound Crusher: As the Coretappers pop out of the Soul Foundry, Arcbound Crusher gets stronger and stronger (don't forget to double!).
Arcbound Reclaimer: Feel free to use Power Conduits on it multiple times, and make sure your artifacts never go away!
Mycoloth: Sacrifice some Snake tokens, and Mycoloth will serve you well.
Copy Enchantment: For the truly evil people who want a short game.
Doubling Season: Supplementary. Add if you want.
Fecundity: If you need cards, sacrifice a few Snake tokens.

After a quick total, this deck comes to $118.29.
