Okay, just to sort of put things to rest (I didn't know that this argument would continue on this long!), rule 306.5 from the comprehensive rulebook states "Loyalty is a characteristic only planeswalkers have.". Therefore, Kraj or any other creature cannot use Planeswalker abilities because the modification of Loyalty is a requirement for the ability's activation.

Get some more vamps, they would work well with a black deck.

http://www.wizards.com/Magic/TCG/Article.aspx?x=magic/planeswalkers/week4 . Read the rules. "+X" means "Put X loyalty counters on this PLANESWALKER." Experiment Kraj isn't a Planeswalker, therefore can't use their abilities.

A Blood Drinker would feast on this deck. Watch out for vampires.

I don't have any nonartifact permanents that share a type with Filigree Angel. Thanks for the suggestion though, I'll keep it in mind for future decks.

Since you're already using landfalls, may I suggest Eternity Vessel?

Props for Urbog, works great with the colorless lands.

Hmm... Looks like a good deck except for the fact that you have too many plains (Try only 15 or 17 seeing as your entire deck's one color. Think about swapping in an Armored Ascension or two) and the Admonition Angels aren't going to work well because by the time you get them out, you might not have many lands left to play. Also think about getting cards that enchant a creature giving it Trample, which would go great with Righteousness.
