An attempt at taking Boros in a different direction. Just an idea I threw together, may not be as fast as some other Boros decks but you could generally slow down early aggro with the burn.
Burn down opposing creatures early on, and power up with Blaze Commando, Guttersnipe and Pyromancer's Gauntlet. Pyromancer's Gauntlet and Chandra's Fury can manage the board, while you build up tokens and rack up damage with Guttersnipe and Pyromancer's Gauntlet. Curse of Bloodletting will double the damage to your opponent (or you could swap in Gisela, Blade of Goldnight but she's a bit heavy on mana and you probably won't need her by the time you get her out). Ramp up a battalion with Tajic, Legion Loyalists and soldier tokens. Swap out Blaze Commando or Legion Loyalists for 2x Assemble The Legion for more token generation.

I've been thinking about a Boros burn deck for a while but I didn't have the nerve to try it!I'd drop a lot of your creatures, anything which doesn't bring burn or benifit from burn seems like a waste where you could put in more spells. I'd take out Foundry Champion, Tajic and Legion Loyalist as well as maybe Blaze Commando.Instead I'd put in young Pyromancer (a much cheaper version of Commando) and replace the others with burn spells, Boros Charm and Warleader's Helix come immideately to mind as ones you've missed.Of course this would turn the deck in to an almost pure burn deck whilst using the Pyromancer to build up tokens to protect yourself against Aggro-midrange decks, which is a slightly different direction to what your trying but I suspect it might be more effecient.

Hey, thanks for the input! Your thoughts on this deck echo my own. It's true what you're saying about the efficiency, and I've thought about adding more burn as well. You're also right in that it would turn into a straight burn deck, losing that Boros flavor which I want to keep. My inspiration behind this came from Blaze Commando and Boros Reckoner (I thought about making the deck all Boros minotaurs with lots of burn at first, but decided that I needed Guttersnipe and then saw Gisela, Pyromancer's Gauntlet, Curse of Bloodletting, etc). A lot of the cards you mentioned are in my sideboard because I'm still toying with the idea of what to mainboard and what to leave out. Boros Charm is definitely a good one and Warleader's Helix as well (it's already in my sideboard and my deck in real life which runs about 62 cards). I'll probably drop Foundry Champion and a Blaze Commando for 2 more Chandra's Phoenixes or 2 Young Pyromancers. I've been playing with 1 Young Pyromancer in the deck and he's okay, but the elemental tokens don't work as well as the soldier tokens with haste (at least in terms of what my deck currently does). But still, a good choice. Thanks again.
I'm Quite fond of Boros Charm. It's very versatile and would combo easily with the current deck set up.
Thanks for the input. I didn't really think of Boros Charm, because I mostly see it used for the indestructible ability along with the Reckoner and Blasphemous Act so I thought I'd stay away from that. Didn't even think of using the burn option! Although, it's only on the player, so there's no option to use it for creature removal. Still, a good thing to have in my sideboard until I figure what burn spells are best to keep. I definitely want to run some Increasing Vengeances though, while they're still in standard.
Thanks for the comment. I didn't even really consider Boros Charm because I just always see it used for the Indestructible ability with Boros Reckoner and Blasphemous Act, and I wanted to stay away from that. I didn't even think of it for burn, mostly because it is only player directed and I couldn't use it to kill a creature if I needed to. Still, it provides good options, so I'll sideboard it until I can figure out which of the burn spells would be best to keep. I definitely want to run Increasing Vengeance while it's still standard too.
I'm also thinking Wild Ricochet would be deadly in this deck. Or at the very least on your sideboard. Also, let's not underestimate the power of a Thunderbolt. ;-)
