With this deck, it is almost always worth losing a creature to kill an enemy creature, because this will make your Bonehoard very fat later on. The Imp is a key creature, it can eat necropedes, prowlers, the Bonehoard germ etc to gain power and hit hard. The deck has plenty of infect flyers, and Pirests and Necropede work as great blockers. Zealous persecution can turn the entire game around, and virulent wound is great for that little extra power you need to kill something, or just killing utility creatures early. (If you want a standard legal version, just switch these for go for the throat or some other kill spell)

I played around with a similar method, using Blue instead of White to pair with black, utilizing the Throne of Geth + Core Prowler double proliferate. Not sure about the Myrsmith. While it does help feed your Throne of Geth, I dunno. Would have to mess with it and see how it works. Perilous Myr would probably be better as Ichorclaw Myr to stay with the infect plan. All of that said though, I like the idea behind it.

Oh dang, where to begin mate. First of all take out myrsmith Second, take out terramorphic and put in a black/white fetchland instead for more speed Third, take out painsmith you dont need death touch for infect Fourth, Take out skin render and perilous myr, I think you would be better of with doomblade, go for the throat, hideous end, journey to nowhere, and such. You need to do damage that you actually need Fifth, take out the -1/-1 counter giving spells and put ichor rats instead, would help give that 1 pioson counter you need Finally, take out tumble magnet and put contagion clasp for more sources of proliferate I dont mean to make the deck sound terrible, I know where you are coming from with this deck, but infect unfortunately doesnt work that way, atleast not in black, for defense, green would be more suitable, but black is more aggressive. even with white. Ok, made some changes to the deck. I honestly didnt know about the black-white fetchland, so I added that instead. The smiths were an idea at the point where I put them in, but after messing with the sample hands I ended up triggering their ability too rarely for it to be worth the effort. I dont want to remove the -1/-1 counter giving spells, as you can capitalize on the counters quickly using proliferate, especially with the instant speed Throne of Geth proliferate. Added Spread the Sickness and Grasp of Darkness (not sure I can even find the uncommon removers in my area haha). Grasp of Darkness should be a certain kill with the little extra counters I can get onto big creatures with my infect and spells. Spread the Sickness progresses victory, and only requires 1 swamp so I felt it was alright to add. Gonna mess around with it a little and see how it works.
