As you guessed, Virulent Sliver. It doesn\'t really matter how much damage you deal to your oppnent, you can poison him. A low land count is there because you have 6 bounce lands, most of the slivers cost less that 4, and you will need to have some extra slivers for Homing Sliver and Sliversmith. The Furure Sight cards are 4 Sliversmith, 4 Lymph Sliver, 4 Homing Sliver, 4 Virulent Sliver.
