Deck Description

sliver deck comprised of Black, White, and Red mana involving a way to pick targets and kill them to wipe out your opponents creatures, and leave them open to attack

How to Play

start by playing your plated and hunter slivers early on to gain some defense and possibly take out a few of theirs as well. as soon as you drop talon and toxin sliver you can take out strong creatures with ease. Dont forget to play smart and use your crypt slivers to regenerate your slivers before you have toxin and talon out because the deck lacks any real power boosts with the exception of coat, but ideally once you have the right combo going your very strong.

Deck discussion for happy hunters

I'm not entirely sure you Necrotic Sliver in there. Sacrificing in Sliver Decks isn't always good. You h ave a lot of copies of you slivers though, so you should be good. All in all, much better than your earlier one.

its really there to destroy perms that might be out of reach like enchantments or artifacts, cause their creatures are pretty much screwed with provoke+first strike+death touch. And those multiple ward, crypt, and plate slivers give me a nice defensive edge

You might consider Sinew Sliver over Plated Sliver. It's your choice, but both fit your curve, both boost toughness, but Sinew costs one more and also increases power. But Plated fits your curve better. Really, it's ultimately up to you.

Oh, I almost forgot, you don't need as many Mountains as you have, you could sub it out for more Plains/Swamps that would make your harder to pay costs, like Necrotic Sliver, easier to pay.

yeah when i debated the choice between them i wasnt looking at the stats too much since ill be able to kill in 1 hit, but what made my decision was that plated drop for 1 instead of 2, so if i had to play another spell or drop 2 down, mana efficiency won me over

Makes sense. Especially considering the rest of your mana curve.

just a thought but for a 1 drop that can do early game things how about sidewinder sliver? if ur opponent decides hey im gonna drop a first turn chump blocker and u pull sidewinder, he'll run through the chump and save u a sliver.

hmm it might be a good idea, but i think because of the 4 plated slivers the staking toughness is good incase they try and burn one of my slivers with a card that does x dmg to target creature, and i still have lots of cryptslivers to regen my blockers until i get talon and toxin out
