The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

I am not sure what I can add to bolster the effectiveness of this deck. Please help and include reason for replies.
Cycle through artifacts - draw cards - get Salvage Titan and Slag early.

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
Servo Schematic and Cogworker's Puzzleknot both get you two artifacts instead of one, and Myr Sire leaves behind a friend. Darksteel Citadel is an artifact land, so that helps.

I think adding more Scrap Trawlers will give you a strong engine to find multiple of your better creatures if one of them eats a removal spell. There are enough artifacts in the deck to consider Galvanic Blast as another burn spell since it's incredibly mana efficient, but I can also see plenty of cases where you're churning through artifacts for extra draws can't actually get full value out of the card.
Glaze Fiend works incredibly well as an early threat if you play it before emptying your hand of all of those cheap artifacts. Evasiveness always helps, and it also plays very well with the Servo Schematics that everybody keeps suggesting (I would agree with them). Syndicate Trafficker is another alternative, giving you a threat that can also help you chew up artifacts when you just can't find a salvage titan.
+1 for the idea! What you could think about is to combo with Scrapyard Salvo and Locket of Yesterdays to get more effective draw-play-sacrifice-draw cycles out of your deck and let your opponent have to feed the rest of the party as finishing spell. I personally would cut Shimmer Myr completely and full-stack Scrap Trawler as this could/will be one of your engine key cards. Maybe you stack it with Myr Retriever that could bring back your Scrap Trawler from the graveyard if needed. Do not rely on Schrapnell Blast to heavy rathter than Galvanic Blast and Tragic Slip as a budget alternative for Fatal Push.Conjurer's Bauble helps getting cards back into your deck when playing against removal heavy decksAnyways, Servo Schematic as mentioned is a realy good card for this deck too because you get more fodder for titan. I would add some more servo token artifacts in ;)What also could be a good card too is Scrapheap Scrounger while it needs another creature in your grave to be returned, it could also be titan fodder
I think Aetherhub/Spire of Industry, artifact mountains, and as others have suggested Servo Schematic would work VERY well with Salvage Titan since he doesn't care if they're tokens or not. Also maybe running a single Memnite to gain something from when your Chromatics die?Krark-Clan Shaman could be a means of procing Trawler and killing any weenies, goblins, etc that may be trying to get in your way. Kuldotha Rebirth would work as well if what you needed was chump blockers. Syndicate Trafficker could fill this role as well albeit for 2CMC and not 1, but he get's stronger and gains indestructible each time.Costly Plunder could be a way to ramp your draw, as it's B1 sacrifice a creature or artifact to draw 2 cards.AND IT'S INSTANT, so you use it at the end of your opponents turn which is always a huge plus.Dash Hopes could be a good sideboard option for you. I'm not sure about main boarding it but against kamikaze red it could be a damn good answer as they don't end up having much life to work with.Guttural response falls into the same suggestion, albeit for blue. It's R to counter any blue instant spell. Solid sideboard for this deck I believe. My last suggestion to consider, is running the card: "Indomitable Creativity"Sorcery {X}{R}{R}{R}Destroy X target artifacts and/or creatures. For each permanent destroyed this way, its controller reveals cards from the top of his or her library until an artifact or creature card is revealed and exiles that card. Those players put the exiled cards onto the battlefield, then shuffle their libraries.EDIT:I almost forgot, Glint-Nest CraneWhile the card is blue, with aether hubs/spires of Industry, and your chromatics that B1 cost is nothing to fear, especially since it let's you fetch ANY artifact form the top 4 cards of your deck.
Shimmer Myr seems like it just doesn't do enough. Terrarion and Darksteel Citadel both provide some more artifacts to sacrifice to Salvage Titan, and could replace the Myrs and some mountains. This deck could also use faithless looting to good effect. It can either add two to the graveyard artifact count, or it can let you discard extra lands to find more gas.
Why not add some artifact lands (yes they are lands that are artifacts that count as both.) Example: Vault of WhispersI'm workin on an all artifact deck with unlimited life / damage / draw potential. Still needs some work. I wrote the combos on the bot. You may be interested in a card or two. http://www.mtgvault.com/mmmjkx2/decks/modification-unloved/
Fatal Push, Lightning Bolt, Terminate, and Dreadbore are other good removal options in your colors. Extra removal never hurts. The mana base seems a bit sketchy as well. Your black sources, although I understand your plan is not too hard cast the titans, are rather low. I'm not sure what kind of budget you're working on, but with all these artifacts rolling around Mox Opal, Glimmervoid, Academy Ruins, and Inventors Fair all seem like good utility mana sources for this deck. Also, maybe a few 0 cost artifact creatures might help your cause. A few Memnites and Ornithopters wouldn't hurt. You might also want to consider some Welding Jars to fight against artifact hate. Hope this helps.
Darksteel Relic is also a nice 0 cost artifact for titan fodder.
