Deck Description

Blue Land Control.
Boomerang/Eye of Nowhere their lands and overburden will help clear their mana base. Propaganda will make sure they won't be able to afford to attack AND put another creature in the same turn. Vapor snag the creature with overburden out to make them remove another land to play the same creature.

Proteus Staff/ Polymorph will let you get out your giant baddies. Wind Zendikon/Khalni Garden is your "creature" to abuse until you turn all your lands into 8/8 with Liege of the Tangle. Khalni Garden works well with Overburden and WZ bc any time you return it to your hand you get to put it back out for another 0/1 target creature.
Now you get to use your big baddies to gain control of your opponents' permanents.

See Beyond lets you draw cards but also helps you put one of your big baddies back into your deck from your hand so you can summon it.
