Keep drawing cards until you get the right ones. Student of Elements is one of the great cards in this deck, and with plenty of cards allowing it to flip, you'll have nothing but wizards with flying on the field. Cards like Sage of Epityr can be played right from the start, and it will help you draw the cards that you want when you need them. Although you may not be able to play Niv-Mizzet until turn 6, if you have Ophidian Eye in your hand at the time, you can play it next turn to get an auto-win. This combo allows you to deal infinite damage due to the loophole created by the two cards.

Turn 1: Sage of Epityr (get the cards on top of my deck in the order that i need them) Turn 2: Vedalkan AEthermage or Student of Elements Turn 3: Magefire Wings or Gempalm Sorcerer. This flips Student of Elements, giving all my creatures from here-on-out flying. Turn 4-6: Continue playing lands, wizards, and countering any potentially harmful spells. Use Stitch in Time to get lands out faster. Use Vedalkan AEthermage's wizardcycling ability to get Niv-Mizzet into my hand if i don't already have it. Play this card when i get enough mana. Turn 7: Play Ophidian Eye on Niv-Mizzet FTW!!!

Playing against most decks, you wouldn't get to turn 7. You'd be dead before then.
