Thanks. I would if I had it. It's a great card. This is built for budget and casual so I just tried to get the best synergies where possible.

Nice. I like it. I hope I don't play you. lol
Could you splash white and add some Aegis of the Gods? That would prevent Burn decks from targeting you. Then you could protect him with Mizzium Skin or Simic Charm. Just an idea. I don't play much Blue but I would think just counter-magic would stop the Red Burn decks. Cool deck!
Thanks man. Ya, Hunter's Ambush is an automatic 4-of sideboard against non-Green opponents. I just really need a way to gain life and there isn't much in Green. If I had more Bows, I would play them instead of the Staffs. They are definitely the weakest card in the deck. Or if I had more Predator's Rapport. Anyway, thanks for the comment.
She's kind of central to the deck. I dropped Nissa's Expedition. I like the Acolyte a lot better. With the Archers and Raised by Wolves, that would be some serious mana. Plus, she's basically a wall. Thanks!
Thanks. I don't have a nykthos, but I have 3 acolyte's. What would you take out in exchange? I can play test to see how the devotion does (I was worried it wouldn't be much since Scouts and Mystics are only 1 symbol) But thinking about it, it might be worth it to try.
In playtesting, this deck has problems with mana ramp (added Nissa's Expedition), defense against flying (added Bow of Nylea) and Life Gain (added Bow and Predator's Rapport). I know I need to make some other tweaks to the deck but I'll do more playtesting soon.
What about some Gyre Sage and some Bioshift? Just a thought in case you run up against a lot of removal. You can just shift your counters to the Gyre Sage and throw down another Hydra. I also think Crocanura would be excellent in this deck to combat fliers and evolve off of your hydras.
You need to sideboard some enchantment removal for Rest In Peace and other cards like it.
You have some good cards but like the previous commenter said, you lack synergy in this deck. Narrow your deck down to one mission statement. i.e. "I want to achieve X combo." or "I want to life gain and pump creatures to bury my opponent." A deck without focus or cohesion will seldom perform consistently.Secondly, you have way too many high CMC cards. If you want to play competitively (I have learned this from experience), you really shouldn't have any more than 10 or so cards that are 4+ CMC. Right now, you have 14. Remember that your average Standard game will only last 5 turns. So, by turn 5 you need to be ready to finish the game or at least have enough board presence to keep the game going. (Life gain can help here and so can control elements in Black like the previous guy mentioned. Doom Blade, Putrefy, etc.)Anyway, cool cards and good luck.
Just on first glance, you have 14 cards with CMC 4 or greater. This would be too much even in Standard. Being that Modern games last on average around 4 turns, it's going to be really difficult to play any of your fatties. The mana dorks help but you're either going to need some cards that slow the game down or give you extra card/mana advantage or you'll need to implement some heavy control elements. Just my 2 cents. Cool deck though.
My mistake. Thanks for the explanation. I didn't realize a state based action could interrupt a triggered ability's resolution. Love the combo.
It also causes a draw unless you have some way of interrupting it.
These are the kinds of decks that keep me up at night. Nice work.
I like it. I really should figure out a way to work in some mana ramp. I was hoping running 26 lands would help with this. But I think even with that much, I should include some mana dorks or something like Farseek. I really can't wait for Theros because trying to make something that will work post-rotation has been a challenge. I like what you did with the creatures, consolidating them a bit. I would do the same if I could afford it. Thanks for the help.
