This deck uses creatures like Goblin Fireslinger and Prodigal Pyromancer to chip away at the enemy's health. It occasionally finishs them off with Spire Barrage. Quest for Pure Flame is also helpful as it doubles damage from all sources when sacrificed, not just instants and sorceries and can likewise gain counters from goblin fireslinger.

Burst Lightning imo is crap, but I know a lot of people use it. I do agree about your Mountains though.. you have way too much land in this deck, especially for the mana curve. You only need 20 land here at most. That would leave you room to throw in some more burn or whatever.
