i too have found a good use for cosi's trickster. In my merfolk deck (work in progress) I use Cosi w/ a protected (diplomatic immunity) Thada Adel and spreading seas if necessary. Granted, its not 1.5 legal (i don't think) but I was just pointing out that I use Cosi to good effect too. I also use Quash and Portent to make my opponents shuffle.

i think the minimum for most decks is 60 unless its a draft where its 40 plus or minus a few
Hmm..i'm not a very experienced deck builder, but i'd go with a theme. It seems you have a lot of mostly un-blockables so maybe do something like that? And I'd get rid of some of the stuff where you have to destroy a creature (of yours) when you use them. I also suggest replacing the artifacts with Bladetusk Boars or Aether Figments.
