Standard Mono Black discard deck. I saw Waste not and wanted to build a deck around it. The Card is too cool not to.
The point of the deck is to get your opponent on the ropes with the discard cards and shrieking affliction. Gaining the benefits from waste not. and then finishing your opponent off with big fliers.
