a pretty good effort on what looks like a first deck some of the cards your using are really strong cards but others seem a litle out of the way the kirin and the kamis are really powerfull together but only if you focus your deck on them completely id just advise you to work out how you want this deck to run and drop any cards that dont acheive this goal play a 20 or 30 card deck that just uses the best cards and then expand only adding the cards that work well with the rest of the deck this is my preffered method of deck building and have found it to be really effective when improving a deck

Your deck seems like it may be a little topheavy, with so many huge creatures and high mana cost spells. You have a few smaller ones, but I'd whittle the large ones (anything costing 4 mana or more, especially the ones relying on Spirit/Arcane spells to work well. ) down to the ones that work best and replace the others with littler things, especially more Rotting or Ravenous Rats. Also, try out Nyxalithid. It's pretty cheap to play and gets powerful pretty quickly in a deck like this. To really make this deck work well, check out Duress, Megrim, Sedraxis Specter, Raven's Crime, and Hymn to Tourach, and try adding more Blightning, Hypnotic Specter, Distress, and Ostracize. Watch out for Thought Hemorrhage from Alara Reborn, too.
