Deck discussion for Bant Exalted

This is awesome. It's kinda like my Exalted Shadows deck.

Yours is the newer M13 Exalted but it's still awesome. I like how your using Silent Arbiter too.

Maybe Dissipate, Dissolve or Offering to Asha instead of Mana Leak

Thanks, that might be a better idea.

It might be a good idea to have Dueling Grounds instead of Silent Arbiter

Intriging, but highly disturbing. JK

Just like most exalted decks, this deck will be severely limited without trample. I suggest 3-4 loxodon warhammers.

This deck begs you to add invisible stalker!
Unblockable and hard to remove, it mght not have exalted but it grows with the help of the others and can be a serious threat um rafiq on the battlefield, also if you end up adding loxodon warhammers, an invisible stalker with lifelink gives the deck a nice lifegain =)

I just wanna say, running 24 lands in a deck with mainly low costs isn't the best idea, just drawing sample hands I kept getting mana flooding which you never want (unless playing a green ramp deck). Try cutting it back to maybe 20? That seems like a good round number and you pretty much will still have 24 lands with Noble Hierarch.

I like it a lot. I know someone said 24 lands isn't great, but I think the Cathedral has nice interaction. I think 22 may be a bit better.
Also please help me out with this deck :) Care to take a look? http://www.mtgvault.com/jarrettbeast97/decks/bant-scapeshift/

You could spawn tokens with unblockable or flying, and use them with the exalted. Examples: Angelic Accord, Devout Invocation, Battle Screech, Beck // call, Devout Invocation, or Talrand's Invocation

How about adding Vesuva or Thespian's Stage? You can get even more Cathedrals or if needed you can also copy your dual lands.

-2 cathedral of war
-2 dueling grounds
-4 angelic bendiction
-4 dissolve
-4 ethersworn knight
The reason for these cuts
Cathedral- 4 is just too many as the colorless mana doesn't help that much.
Dueling grounds- this is still going to let them block and rarely will opponents just swarm you really, perhaps in the sideboard this card would be fine.
Angelic- this card doesn't do enough for 4 mana.
Ethersworn- quasali is just better at the beat down while also blowing up artifacts and enchantments
Dissolve- just better options for less
Then you could
+4 sublime archangel- you can easily 1 hit someone with this and Rafiq or really with just this.
+4 mana leak/ counterspell I'm partial to mana leak because it's easier to cast
+4 quasali pridemage this card is just a solid exalted dude
+4 swords to plowshares this helps slow down the other guy and get ride of anything that could be annoying on te other side of te table. Best removal eve pretty much

I feel you have too many lands, especially when there's 4 Noble Hierarchs.

Take a look at my bant exalted, it's quite a bit different and doesn't play off enchantments nearly as much.

You could also add Ajani of the Pride or Elspeth knight errant for the flying buffs. Nothing sais win like a flying doublestike trample exalted dude ;D
