This is cool. Think about including Isochron Scepter. It works amazingly well with red burn decks like this. It makes the slow draw times a lot more manageable, even though you did a great job of upping the draws in this deck. It is a little expensive though so if you want to keep this "budget" you may not want to include it.

Have you ever thought about putting in Coat of Arms? I know it costs a lot of mana so you can't get it out as early but it's a game changer when it gets out. And since all the creatures are elf warriors it would really increase their potency.
Imperious Perfect doesn't really help towards the goal with this deck. But I see your point about Drove of Elves' worth. I think I'll put in two Ezuri and two Jagged Scar Archers Instead of Drove. Thanks.
Thanks so much for the Suggestions!1. Yeah. Liliana's Reaver may help, but I doesn't create creatures with deathtouch so for right now I don't think I'll put it in.2. I want to keep the budget down. But that's why I have them in the Sideboard.3. I like the idea but I'm not sure those are the right cards. I'll definitely look more into it. Thanks.4. Yeah! That's a great idea! Thanks.
I did look at hornet's nest. I didn't put it in because I had so many cards already. What do you think I should take out to fit it in? Also do you think I should take out the Elvish Mystic and the Manaweft Sliver in favor of other deathtouch cards or are they good in there for mana ramp?
Yeah I know, but I am trying to keep this standard. Actually, this deck is stemming from a modern Garruk Deck I made and never made public (link on the bottom). But I made this because I wanted to make it standard. http://www.mtgvault.com/pasttimeplayer/decks/garruk-modern/
Golgari Charm plus the "deathtouch chump blockers" would be very potent with it's "regenerate each creature you control."
Holy Crap! How did I not think of that! I can completely redo this deck now. Thanks.
Thanks. It's not my best, but I still think it could hold it's own.
I want to give the small creatures I don't care about deathtouch so I can use them to kill the opponent's creatures. But now that I look I see that you are sort of right because I don't have any multicolored creatures. So I switched Maze Abomination for two more Archetype of Finalites. Also I want to keep this deck standard so Reassembling Skeleton wouldn't be the best option. Thanks for the suggestion it helped me take another look at my deck.
Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. I don't usually play white so I don't really know the standard picks. I just found cards that I thought might be useful and put them together in a life gain deck. I would like to keep this legal in standard so try to keep suggestions there. Thanks.
Thanks. I also have a list of useful artifacts here http://www.mtgvault.com/pasttimeplayer/decks/artifacts/ if you're looking for more cards. I don't know if I'll look for more black cards though. I don't use them as often.
If I do run cloud post what are other locuses that I could put in to increase the output?
It's okay I added wurmcoil engine for that. As soon as the creatures with modular leave the field I can put their counters on the tokens it leaves behind.
This is really cool. You should check out coat of arms. If you want to you can check out my deck at http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=410386.
Thanks for the ideas, but I figure wurmcoil engine will leave artifact creatures behind for me to put the counters from the arcbounds on.
If you want you can check out my arcbound deck at http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=410386.
If I were you I would add Steel Overseer and Contagion Engine. Those are two card that go really well with arc bound decks.

Never mind I just realized that hexproof and shroud wont protect any creatures from that. Do you have a suggestions for fixing that "little" problem? Does anybody?
