True i think assualt strobe would work nice maybe keep the deprive for land for searing blaze.

and out with deprive and max out Mana Leak
Deprive is only good late or in Landfall and u want to finnish fast right?

Deprive early game really sets you back. I would definitely find space for distortion strike (rebound) and assault strobe. I like stagger-shock in a kiln deck, I say keep it. I think your blue creatures are too slow and that kinda defeats the idea of the kiln deck. With distortion strike and assault strobe you should be able to win by turn 3 with the right hand.
