The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
I have been changing this deck but to my saddness it fails me everytime. Please I would love some comments on it..

You just have to refine your deck to 4 of a kind and cut out the rest keep it as close to 60 cards as you can and youll be good. make sure to keep a good balance of low to high cost creatures/spells.

What do you mean 4 of a kind?
If you get 4 of each of your best cards then take out the worse ones you will have a greater chance of drawing the good cards
Also you seem to be playing blue who typically benefit a more control deck style. If you add in a few counter spells like cancel, deprive, mana leak it could benefit you by stopping your opponents.
Ok then. How about the levelers any ideas?
You could use the enchantment training grounds in this deck, as it could be beneficial to lower the cost of leveling your creatures up
Thats a great card but what about the auras any ideas about them for this deck?
Perhaps add a few coppies of Kor Spiritdancer if you can to make the most of them
What do you think is reasonable for how many turns it will take to win?
Impossible to predict it depends what sort of deck you are up against
