Destroy this with fire...

I like the lock on this deck. The omen machine/rule of law lock. You force players to play from the top of their decks every turn unless they drop a land. This is great because it will destroy combos. Forcing Players to play spells at certain times has always been a trademark of yours. I also like how Venser makes rule of law not apply to you or your allies on your turn. That, good sir, is genius. The only thing I might suggest off the top of my head, is Torpor orb, just to prevent nasty CIP effects from ruining your lock. It would also help you keep mana open to counter more things. You don't have any Come into Play effects on your side, so it seems to be a win win situation for you.
P.S, I also like how Omen machine destroys any card with X in its mana cost. Makes me laugh.
Had another thought, Omen Machine + Painful Quandry.
I like the painful quandry idea. Glad you enjoyed the Rule of Law/Venser combo. Its going in every blue white deck I make from now on. One of my favorite things I have thought up. I like Painful Quandry. And Torpor Orb. I normally run O-Rings with Venser, so I forgot about it
