Genesis Chamber provides a steady supply of 1/1 creatures for you, Relic Barrier switches it off for the opponent. Orb of Dreams forces all permanents to enter the battlefield tapped, while Amulet of Vigor makes sure it doesn't affect you. Lodestone Myr allows for tapping Genesis Chamber and the 1/1s for power. Either the opponent mills themselves heavily, or they get locked down and can't do anything.
