play tested Mental misstep. In EDH often its a dead draw. Took it out , Put in Ruination which has worked well.

Trying to find more efficient cards for this deck. Any suggestions? Thx.

yeah.. Good ideas.. Spot removal I normally put in my black decks.. don't know why i didn't.. will put it in.
Discard is good as well for sure.. but not sure what i should take out to make more space after i put in the removal..

Stromkirk is a great card for sure... But wanna keep it mono black for now.. I'll put it in my sideboard on brood on it for a while

Played with Thran Turbine but it's too situational... so took it out.
I need to speed up this deck so put in Simian Spirit Guide and thinking about Lotus Petal and/or Ancient Tomb

took out desolate Lighthouse again.. 3 mana for 1 draw/discard takes up took much mana in this deck

Hand Cycling is very powerful in this deck, Windfall will do much more damage(via Niv-Mizzet) then B.S.Z. and Library of Leng gives me the option to keep cards I discard.
Jin-Gitaxias is great but too expensive.

Mind Unbound seems a bit slow, Thought Reflection is great.. but what to cut?

Jin-Gitaxias is great. Almost win when it drops. Jace's Archivist and Desolate Lighthouse fit well. I put them in.
