It looks like you're trying to do three different things - Tokens, Extort and mono-black control. I think this has more of the heart of a modern tokens with hand disruption base to it (basically a budget version of an already successful modern deck that is mostly cheap cards anyways). Cards I would look at - Zealous persecution, Raise the Alarm, Tidehollow sculler, (More) Sin collector, Honor of the pure and Spectral Possession. If you just search for a current version of "BW Tokens (Modern)", you will find a beefed up version of what it looks like you're trying to do - which I would argue is still a control deck, just much quicker.

So with these suggestions, what would you be removing exactly?

I would drop all extort creatures, rats, vampire interlopers, maybe your spectre's shroud if you're short on room. You may not end up needing the wrench minds either if you populate with scullers and more sin collectors. I would also add another mentor of the meek or two if you can help it. I don't mind geth's verdict, but I would only run one or two, since it's the most inconsistent of all your removal and can potentially be difficult to cast. If you can find dismember's I would try and add 2 over doomblades, but they can get a little expensive. Slightly more expensive options to consider adding would be Hero of the Bladehold (4 is ideal, but even a few will make this deck out of control for most), Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, and maybe 4 precinct captains (which I don't think are very expensive anyways).
