Deck Description

Goal: Win by turn 4 or 5

Focuses on quick creature damage followed by massive burn spells to the face to get em dead ASAP.

Spawned from the old school landfall Boros popular after Zendikar, before the deck got lame and broke with Swords + Stoneforge Mystic and Squad hawks.

How to Play

Boros is easy enough to play and provides obvious curve outs for massive damage. Any 1 drop into Ash Zealot or a paired Lighting Mauler makes for quick starts. Though waiting for a turn 3 or 4 Silverblade Paladin or Firemane Avenger to pair with Lighting Mauler makes for some incredible powerful starts.
Remember that Boros Charm can be used to protect your creatures from removal and creature damage.
Try to only present 2 or fewer creatures at a time to avoid wrath effects blowing you out, unless you are swinging for massive damage with a Lighting Mauler, Boros Elite, or just sitting on a Boros Charm to make your creatures indestructible.

Deck discussion for Boros Aggro (Gatecrash)

Let me know what you think of the Main Deck creature choices and the Sideboard:

Why O-Ring and Fireman Avenger?
O-Ring is kind of a budget choice to make the deck more affordable. Aurelia's Furry may just be better than O-Ring since it moves big creatures out of the way and can also help to burn opponents out. Firemane Avenger seems great with Lighting Mauler and any other creature on turn 4, offering up 6 points of damage with evasion. She also seems great in board stalls.

Honorable Mentions for the Main Deck:
Sunhome Guildmage - would love to play him on turn 2 after either 1 drop then swing for 5 or 6 on turn 3 with his first ability without using another card from my hand. Second ability great against control and board stalls. Possible better then Assemble the Legion off the board for control matches.
Boros Reckoner - great target for Lighting Mauler and very strong in creature combat with his mana ability. Love that he does damage when blocked or blocking.
Hellrider - may just be better in the 4 slot then Firemane Avenger with built in haste and more stand alone value. Lacks evasion tho.
