I made a couple changes to it like adding 2 creatures for late game if it gets that far, I also added teferi's puzzlebox and cut down on the dictate of kruphix

don't call a deck budget when its $100

I like the combo .... im newer to magic I just got into it during dragons and khans but I love seeing all these older cards and the things you can do with them... im just starting to get into modern and legacy and am working on a turn 4 vraska ultimate, if anyone would like to help me out that would be amazing

i wasn't suggesting you add all of them just look at each card and consider them because they all have amazing buffs for the deck but its your decision of which direction you want to take the deck

oh yeah and Patriarch's Bidding, Cloud Key, Æther Vial ( keep it at 3 so you can drop rats over and over for free), Soul Foundry

I haven't read all of the comments but I would suggest adding, Urza's Incubator, Lifeline, Palace Siege, Oversold Cemetery, Cryptic Gateway, Obelisk of Urd, Orbs of Warding, Akroma's Memorial, Sanguine Bond ( combo with whip)

yeah I didn't know which 2 cards to cut and yes with the phantasmal image I know it does but it will still get the effect of siege rhino coming into play

umm I agree with the enduring scalelord idea for any deck g/w that utilizes +1/+1 counters// why would you not want an infinite combo win con?

I wouldn't spend too much time working on this deck remember the abazan staples rotate in less than 2 weeks

slip through space is always a good card because it replaces it self in your hand ( you pay one and it does its effect and you draw) and what I would do is

2x Retreat to Kazandu
1x Nissa's Pilgrimage
1x Negate
4x Oran-Rief Hydra
1x Seed Guardian
2x Forest

ADD
4x Sylvan Advocate
4x Managorger hydra
1x Kiora, Master of the Depths
2x Slip Through Space

if slip through space and kiora are your two win cons why wouldn't you have more of them in your deck .... if you are flooding the field with lands I would suggest adding sylvan advocate

if your doing life gain have you thought about siege rhino? I know its a standard staple and not much in modern but I have a ridiculous modern siege rhino deck where I gain massive amounts of life with just siege rhino.
