Deck discussion for Creatureless Angels

I guess I just have really bad luck with the draws, because I'm either getting too much of the wrong mana, or too much mana no enchantments. Does look pretty cool though, and I still think it'd benefit from having some basic angels alongside it to aid in defense during the early stages. Watch out for burn decks, as well, they'll eat you alive as you try to accumulate mana. Speaking of mana, I notice no ramping capabilities in this deck, though it includes green. Maybe some Khalni Heart Expeditions to go along with the enchantment theme, or just some basic Rampant Growths?

Add in Forced Worship.

Forced Worship + Sigil of the Empty Throne is a beating.

Plus Forced worship lets you stall a bit while you set things up.

it'd be less useful than forced worship, but whip silk might be a good way to go here, too. basically repeatable GG for a 4/4 angel with Sigil.

I'll probably add in the Forced Worships later since they're so cheap and you can cast them over and over for more angels. As for the mana, I almost always drew the Selensya Sanctuary which equals Luminarch Ascension 2nd turn. I'll have to take another look and adjust though.

Skull of Orm / would be an nice touch to bring back your destroyed enchantments!

On that note, Replenish or Crystal Chimes would be great refreshers, too. :)

I REALLY like this deck! It could just be because it's G/W token/enchantment beatdown (all my loves together!) but it really just looks like a lot of fun. :D

Sterling Grove will be your friend forever and ever.

I was going to put that in, but the friends I play with prefer to stay towards cards that "aren't that old."

If only. It doesn't work with Sigil of the Empty Throne because the spells aren't enchantments when cast. Only after they've entered the battlefield.

A couple of meekstones would offer alot of extra protection. Also consider comboing it with reverence. If you do this I suggest adding another serras blessing so that your angels untap.

I've faced a similar deck to this before, though the one I faced was more a Turbo Fog type of deck. At the time I was using my deck Strong hold on Discipline ( http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=229122 ) At first my opponent like that I wasn't attacking, then he found out why :p
