Yeah i agree! ^^^
This is a well layed out deck and you're using the 'enter the battlefield' effects to their uttmost potential. It almost seems however, that your creatures won't be able to attack very often before going back to your hand. I think you've layered your deck with TOO much sent back to your hand effects in game you'll find that you'll be sick of summoning your creatures over and over without them getting a chance to attack. But alas, this is YOUR deck and just my suggesiton.
I have only attempted one flicker deck and it is a gain life deck -

the main aim is to beat them down with the 3/3 wolves and 2/2 wolves produced by bouncing thragtusk and huntmaster. I was considering using feind hunter for the unlimited exile potential but I can't seem to find any more decent low curve creatures. If don't forget roaring primadox doesn't leave the feild and can potentaly swing every turn *hopefully with rancor*. Conduars closet kills all the tokens produced by both hunt master and thragtusk it also resets 1/1 counters from timberguide. If you can think of any more low curve creatures ill be very interested. Maybe strangle root...? works with bounce, rancor and primados and resets undying

Not sure I like Emancipation Angel and Roaring Primadox in here. They force you to recast whatever gets bounced and that could set you back a bit. I suggest looking for more creatures with "enters the battlefield" abilities (like Acidic Slime). Also Conjuerer's Closet is better for continues blinks.

If you're willing to go blue with this, Venser is amazing with this concept. Also, Blade Splicer works well with phasing, although idk if that high of a mana cost is what you're looking for. Otherwise, I'd say Bond Beetle is fine with the Primadox if you need a nice one drop, and you may consider cutting one of the Primadoxes. They play really nicely with enter the battlefield guys, but I doubt you'll ever want to have two on the field at the same time, so you could easily have one as a dead card in your hand. And I agree with dedwards on conjurer's closet too.
