1. Play some fast creatures.2. Play cards like Radha, Heart of Keld, or Courser of Kruphix and play land from top of your library until you play Gruul Turf.3. If you have some cards like Exploration, or Azusa, Lost but Seeking you may play Gruul Turf and every when you play it you return him back to your hand and play it for exemple four times in turn and this do every turn.4. If you do point number 3. and have some powerfull landfall creaturs like Scute Swarm, Undergrowth Champion, or Brushfire Elemental you can kill your opponent quite fast and easily.

Radha, Heart of Keld doesn't allow you to play additional lands, like Azusa, Lost but Seeking does. So when you have 1 Azusa on the battlefield, you can play 3 lands in total.Scapeshift could be an idea here, and personally I'm a huge fan of Harrow/ Roiling Regrowth (or Khalni Heart Expedition, if you prefer enchantments) in landfall decks. Cultivate would be a slower, but more recent version of this card.

I don't think Radha, Heart of Keld does, that you can play one more land each turn. When I says: "for exemple four times in turn and this do every turn." (that is only exemple) I mean you can have Exploration, or Azusa, Lost but Seeking, but you can have some of them more than once, or you can have Mina and Denn, Wildborn. :-) That is interesting cards. I will think about them, and maybe I some of them get to deck :-)
good deck
you cast a land and opponent lose the game!
