This is a synergy based aggro deck with a focus on graveyard recursion and value.
I like to apply mid-game pressure by filling my graveyard using enablers such as Gather the Pack, Grim Flayer triggers, and Vessel of Nascency.Your main goal is to put numerous Prized Amalgams in the graveyard and then recur a creature such as Haunted Dead or Scrapheap Scrounger. This will bring back your Amalgams. The back-breaking synergy is between Haunted Dead and Elder Deep-Fiend. Once you have 5 mana, you can return Haunted Dead during your opponents upkeep and flash in Elder Deep-Fiend using the Emerge cost. This can tap down your opponents lands and keep them from playing during that turn. Bonus points if you already had Amalgams in your grave, or discarded them to Haunted Dead, because those will come back at your opponents end step. This allows you to attack with them on the following turn. When exiling Kozilek's return from your graveyard, if you are emerging a Fiend through Haunted Dead, it's best to do so in response to the Spirit trigger. This allows you to keep the spirit because it will come in after Return has resolved. When sacrificing Sanctum of Ugin's, try not to do multiple at once. It just lets you keep more mana to use on your following turns for Fiend (or Mindbender). For those looking to be heavier on combo, remove Tasigur, Ishkanah, and potentially even Grim Flayers. This build is more based on personal preferences than optimization.^^ That being said, I am still open to suggestions. I feel my sideboard is weak, mostly because I don't know the frontier meta game.
