-3 Angel's Mercy, +3 Oblivion Ring OR Timely Reinforcements. Reinforcements is a better counter to super fast decks, O Ring is good for generic removal. -4 Transcendent Master, +4 Elite Vanguard. Transcendent master takes 12 mana extra to get where you want him to be, and you don't have enough options for turn 1. -2 Loxodon Warhammer, +1 Sword of Feast and Famine, +1 Sword of War and Peace. I think the swords are better replacements, feast and famine especially in a slowish deck like this. -3 Cancel, +3 Mana Leak. It's just better 90% of the time. -2 Calciform Pools & -4 Azorius Chancery, +6 Seachrome Coast and Glacial Fortress. Since you have this angels theme, I'd consider putting in Baneslayer Angel - it's so powerful and wins games alone. True Conviction is great for decks like this too.

I don't understand, so can someone explain to me why people play Megrim over Liliana's Caress? Caress just seems like a better card.
Perhaps a 1-2 copies of Xenograft to protect your non-illusions when Lord of the Unreal is out.
In my experience, blood seeker just isn't a good card. I'd look for some Sengir Vampires or something similar, since they're so easy to find right now, to round out the mana curve better. Having 26 2-drops isn't doing yourself any favors later in the game.
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=213142 Take a look at this post-rotation dragons deck I'm trying to put together. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
They will both be in standard until Innistrad comes out in September.
I think you should -2 Genesis Wave, +2 Green Sun's Zenith.
I would do 4x into the roil instead of either probe or preordain. Also, I don't understand the surrakar spellblades in the sideboard - what are they for?
Inquisition of Kozilek is better than duress or despise. You also seem to be a bit heavier on single-use removal than other mono black i've seen lately. Maybe you could use Grave Titan here also. 22 land seems like a lot for a deck that tops out at 4 mana too. I'd put in 1-2 Liliana and/or Karn to improve your late game threat level.
I'd prefer Rally the Forces over fling, but overall a fun deck.
I think the fact that they're legendary makes it less desirable to have all 4 in your deck, and mountains are going to be more consistent of course. I would personally take them out since metalcraft is difficult with only artifact creatures that are pretty squishy anyway.
I think sword of war and peace would be better than argentum armor, since you want to gain life to pump your pridemates.
Maybe you'd want to sideboard a couple divine offering + black suns zenith to take care of decks that pull out a ton of creatures or depend on artifacts (caw-blade).
I'd put in dismember or a couple more dispatches, or maybe even gitaxian probe if you feel like you need to draw cards. You can also probably get away with losing the marrow shards.
I'd put in throne of geth because it syncs well with your never ending tumble magnets + sun titan and gives you the chance to take full advantage of your ichor wellsprings. Perhaps you might take out the Spreading Seas from the sideboard.
I've found that these decks tend to run out of steam, so you might consider adding tezzeret's gambit for the phyrexian mana + draw cards.
I left it out because I wanted to make the deck more about metalcraft than battlecry, but I can see its use.
