its not really neceasary but ink eyes servant of oni is a rat and is awesome.

Meh, look at my Suicide deck or look up DarksteelToad and look at his Suicide decks if you want to see true Mono Black Aggro at its meanest.
yeah i just made a rat deck myself http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=116573 and i found ink eyes just isnt necessary mine more creature based and i through in tainted strike as an alternate when condition and a cool trick to get rid of annoying creatures
