Deck discussion for Not a Run of the Mill

Not bad at all. I would, however, consider swapping the Drowner Initiate for Hedron Crabs - though both are comparable. Id also swap the Raven Guild Master out for some Dimir cards (your choice depending on your tactic....I love the Dimir Dopegangler).

The thing is, you seem split between tactics. You say you want offense, but the Nemesis is the only 'offensive' card that would get through an opponent's defense or survive an attack on defense. Upi see, regardless of the fact that you have some great milling creatures in there, they are not (other than the Nemesis) much for blockers - and certainly not much for attacking.
Honestly, if you want to defend - just throw some regenerating skeletons or some walls of frost up - WAY more effective than the cards you have listed here...
If you want to attack, get some of decent b/u cards (again I recommend the Dimir family of cards) and add that nifty sword of Body and Mind to them.
Your spells are solid though and I think you got a good mana curve. So, decide what you want your creatures to do, attack or defend, and Id say you'd have one mean deck here....

I also love bloodchief ascension in a deck like this--while it does take away from the mill win, 1 glimpse with a bloodchief out makes opponent lose 20 life and you gain 20...that's outright murder.
