Hunting grounds allows you to play creatures from your hand and Oath of Druids lets you get them out from your deck if they control more creatures than you. forbidden Orchard helps you by giving your opponents 1/1 creatures and boosts your chances of using the Oath of Druids

You need to have at least 7 cards in your graveyard in order for Hunted Grounds to work but i don't see how you would manage that fast enough. Yes, when you Oathed yourself you might get threshold, then again, if that happenes, you should already be winning.Talking of that, your selection if creatures is odd. Sphinx of Steelwind? Crosis!? It that Betrays? Sheoldred? Your creatures should have haste so they can end the game quickly or have a huge enough impact. Furthermore, with Oath you don't need so many. You could have just one creature, the biggest, meanest and hardest to remove you know. Top three choices: Progenitus, Emrakul and Blightsteel Colossus (BLIGHTsteel - he has infect, so he can kill with just one attack). If this is the only creature in your deck, you will Oath it out automatically. Unless you hold in your hand, that's why you want to have about 3-4 ceatures in your deck but not more. Oh and don't worry that you will mill yourself to death if the creature is at the bottom - that's what Gaea's Blessing is for. 4 Idyllic Tutors on top of 4 Elinghtened Tutors and 4 Sterling Grove is overkill. Instead you would be better of packing spotremoval for anything that could ruin your day (for example anything that allows your opponent to get rid of his creatures)

hey thank a lot. i completely missed the threshold on Hunted Grounds
holy crap o.o this deck is crazy XD Mind checkin out my deck? (:I'm playing it at an old rivalry match with my bud soon and I need some advice on it? :DI'd appreciate a like for some attention as well? ^_^http://www.mtgvault.com/greenee/decks/the-final-sacrifice/
Maybe give some actual advice here first.
lol k my honest advice is that hunting grounds/oath of druids is way too valueable to not have a playset of, and people will want to destroy that one creature you have on the field. Getting rid of two/three blightsteels after some sideboard is not impossible, its actually very easy with red/blue/white/green/black XDi would add a playset of darksteel collosus to thicken your creature output. Not to mention itd be alot nicer if you started with one in your hand no wouldnt it? (:nexted is consider the "hunted creatures" like hunted dragon and hunted phantasm or hunted horror which gives your opponents creatures and starts you with a sweet one, letting you get your system moving and hold the board for a little bit while they are attacking you because this deck seems like itd have a few problems with early game which can easily be solved with the right creature choices (:I would mainly recomend hunted horror :DSo theres my advice for your deck smartass ;)I'd love to play it with my sacrifice, which gives the exact ppoint that theres lots of ways to get rid of oen or two indestructibles (sac em) :DHave fun and good gaming (:
It isn't MY deck. I just can't stand all the attention whoring here on MTGVault where people spam other's decks and ask for comments on their own decks without giving advice themselves.
Thanks Greenee
