I use Griselbrand in my Graveborn for added control and for a combo element. But I don't know. It looks fun and it can do some stuff.

Apocalypse Chime is pretty bad. Can only "Destroy all nontoken permanents from the Homelands expansion. "

Primeval Titan would be a better choice than grave titan because he is a speed-boost onto himself. Plus Your going to want to drop at least one of your heartless summonings. If you have two out you kill all of your myrs.

Needs more blood celebrant, dark supplicant, and starlit sanctum... but I do like the idea.

Why do you have one damnation and one wog. I would switch the wog for another damnation.

I would throw some harrows and a few other mana ramps. I would go birds (to put other colors in) and since you have a good side board go with some living wishes. Also since all the creatures, so far, are green toss in a few green suns or something along those lines, maybe a summoner's pact or two, but be careful with them!
